Facilitation My aim as a facilitator is to take independent control of your meetings, the result at the end of the day is for you to think 'We had a great meeting and achieved actions to take us forward' not Chris is a great facilitator, because if I do the job effectively I will not impact on the meeting inputs at all but enable people to have their say and commit to the final outcomes. I will free the organiser to be fully integrated into the discussions and take away the pain of note taking and control of the process of meeting management.
